Now that I'm back in San Jose, I thought I would show you all a little bit more of my Tico home. The backyard area is probably the best part of the house, and its the place I spend most of my time, apart from my room. Enjoy!

Yes, that's me being jealous. It's so quaint and adorable. Your host mom must be quite the crafty person (or did she purchase all the "broken pottery/glass" furniture/back patio?). Either way, that's just beautiful. I'm especially jealous because it looks so dang serene. I distinctly heard birds chirping away throughout the tour which is great because I'd forgotten what they sound like. Okay, that's all. Miss and love (again).
So fun to see your home and your backyard!

The white flower you like looks like a hydrangea to me. They are my favorite flowers. We can grow them in NE., but I'm sure it's a different hybrid.
